One‑to‑one or in a small group with our students. Sessions combine striking, wrestling and ground game with smart conditioning, strength and speed work. Build resilience, sharpen reflexes and reach peak form.
Striking (Boxing & Kickboxing): footwork, distance, combos, defense, pads and bag.
Clinch & Wrestling: pummeling, level change, takedowns, wall work, trips.
Ground (BJJ): guard transitions, control positions, submissions and escapes.
Energy systems, strength blocks, core & rotational power, prehab & mobility.
Video feedback, interval tests and periodic reports for measurable progress.
