Why Self-Defence at X-Angel?

With years of experience and a boutique studio, we deliver personalized self-defence programs that build deterrence, reflexes, conditioning and confidence for women, men and kids.

Who can join?

Kids 6-17, women, adult men, and couples/families.

Lesson model & frequency

45-150 min sessions; 2-3 days/week suggested. Professional coach and structured plan for safe, steady progress.

Kids' Self-Defence

Age-appropriate, fun content to improve physical health, reduce screen time, and grow self-discipline and confidence.
